Local Pickup & Delivery from Nexus

Nexus PC Works & Games serves customers throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and the surrounding region. We currently operate without a permanent retail storefront, so local pickup, meetup, and delivery arrangements should be confirmed before traveling.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within approximately 100 miles for eligible orders. Delivery availability and timing are arranged with the customer based on location and scheduling.

Weekend Pickup at Traders World

Customers may arrange to pick up orders at our weekend retail location at Traders World, Building 11. We are typically available there Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM ET.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before traveling for pickup.

Arranged Local Meetups

When Traders World pickup or delivery is not the best option, we can arrange to meet customers at an agreed-upon public establishment or other suitable public location. The meeting place and time must be confirmed in advance.

No Permanent Storefront Yet

Nexus does not currently operate a permanent walk-in retail storefront. We intend to establish a dedicated physical storefront in the future, but until then, please use one of the local options above or contact us to arrange the most convenient handoff.

PC Service Customers

PC repairs, upgrades, diagnostics, and custom-build projects may use a different handoff process from normal product orders. Please contact Nexus before bringing a computer or component so we can arrange the appropriate delivery, pickup, or meetup.
