Workmen | Signed 1986 Numbered 2/15 Miniature Etching Framed

Small black-and-white original-looking intaglio etching depicting three workmen, presented within an oversized cream mat and a dark brown wood-look frame. The pencil inscription below the image appears to read Workmen, 2/15, and '86, followed by a handwritten artist signature.

Condition: Pre-owned. The mat shows light spotting/age discoloration and the frame shows handling wear. Signature and edition marks are visible in the photo, but artist identification and authenticity have not been independently verified. The framed etching is the exact item shown.

Please note: this is not attributed to Ed Gifford; the artist signature differs from the five other loose etchings in the collection.
